The form opens a conversation rather than producing a price. The one line that changes everything is which instruction level you are asking about — carrying, packing and carrying, or the whole thing.

Not sure which level? Say so, and say how many free evenings you have between now and the move. That second answer usually settles it.

03 Survey In person, or by video where the size and distance make that sensible.
04 Written quotation Against a measured volume, stating the level and what it includes.
